Update: reduced for wasting my time and being lazy. Called ahead to make sure they had something, they assured me they did. Drove over there, couldn't find it, asked for help. The guy that said he had it when I called helped me look for 30 seconds then told me I had to wait while he went to the register for 5 minutes. Came back and took me to an empty spot on the shelves. I asked him if they had it when I called and he said no, he just didn't look...
Always treatd me great, knowlegeable employees and wide selection of products. Never was disapointed.
Three stars because it's the only place in the area with a decent selection of nuts, bolts, taps and specialty fasteners. Aside from that, save yourself some time and just drive the extra distance to Home Depot. Unless you're after something totally ubiquitous, they usually don't have it. The items they do have are rediculously marked up.

Worst ACE!! Only two employees, one was a young guy at register who looked stoned and always yawning. The other was ederly and barely able to walk. Several other customers walked out rather than waiting for assistance.
Great "smaller" hardware store. Friendly and helpful. Limited selection comparatively but great selection for what and where it is
