This store does not stand behind their products. We bought a dog toy that the worker said was indestructible and that if our dog did end up chewing it up they would give us a new one for free. With in twenty minutes of my dog playing with it he had ripped a huge chunk off of the toy(which is a chocking hazard). So we took the toy (that was very expensive because it was supposed to be very durable) back to Pet Supermarket and they refused to do as we were told and take it back.
Customer service is this location is amazing. They price match online so we always try to stop in to get our dogs treats from this location. They go above and beyond. This is how it used to be in all stores. Thank you for awesome customer service.
I am review you today regarding your program of buy 10 bag get one free. I have chosen to use Pet Supermarket as the supplier of my dog food exclusively for this reason. As the free bag is worth it, versus online or anther store. However I have lost faith in you all on this matter as it appears that once again there is a problem with you honoring your offer. As I understand if I buy 10 bags of the same size and brand in a 12 month period I get in the mail a coupon for a free bag. We again I have exceed that and again the post card with coupon still has not arrived it has been more the a month and half since I hit that mark. It is almost as if you are waiting so that some bags drop off, thus getting me to buy more bag just my free bag. I am extremely displease with this practice and it appears to be deliberate as this is the second time that this has happen for me. My local store manager agreed and said they would call corporate and get it fix as it was not right. That was two weeks ago. So as a loyal customer that speeds between $60 and $120 a month in your store every month I have had it. Please except this message as your final chance to keep me customer.
Very good dog food my dog did a bark and said "good food haha yum" in dog language. Then he did a backflip and said "great customer service too"
