Called late on a Sunday night. Arrived in less than an hour. Very courteous and professional. I have used this company before. Always arrived within time given and great service. Tech calls to let you know on the way and arrival time.

It was 89 degrees in our home. I called and spoke to Caitlyn who was fantastic! She was so friendly and I loved her greeting when I called ("How can I make you smile today?"). She assured me that a tech would be able to come by between 7-9pm (I was calling early afternoon on a Sunday). Chris Cherry, the tech, called and was able to come at 4:00. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to make a temporary repair until the part arrives. The temperature in my home became tolerable within a few hours. He will be back to install the part to make the repair complete. Chris wore covers on his shoes so he wouldn't get anything on my floors. I appreciated it greatly. It's obvious that this company takes great pride in their customer service! This was our second time using them and we have signed up for their very comprehensive, reasonably-priced maintenance program to keep our AC system in tiptop shape. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
Chris H is an exceptional technician--by far the best I have had over the past many years. He is very good at diagnosing a problem even one not AC related like a leak in the roof. Besides that he is pleasant and courteous. Also, I am very pleased with how quickly the appointments are arranged by the office staff.
Ronnie C was awesome. He called to see if I was available earlier than previously scheduled and he was great once he started the job. Our outside lanterns have been a pain to fix in the past, but Ronnie was able to fix everything. Very happy with our service today!
